Rental Trailer RV1

Located on site RV!, is this 40ft destination style trailer. Two bedrooms allowing up to six people (no more than 4 adults), spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom make for a comfortable stay. Outside of the trailer is a picnic table on a platform under the awning. There is a metal fireplace ring and charcoal grill as well as 6 plastic chairs.

Please note

You must bring your own pillows, towels, and linens as well as plates cups and utensils.
Pots and pans are available by request in advance for no additional charge. The pots and pans are for use indoors only, please do not put them on the fire or grill.
Upon arrival, a $100 cash or check cleaning/damage deposit is due. After your departure, the rental unit will be inspected. Unless excessive cleaning is needed or damage is found, your deposit will be returned at check out.
No smoking is allowed in the trailer, including e-cigarettes
Check in starts at 4pm. No arrivals after 9pm allowed.
Trailer rental sites must be vacated by 1pm.

Everyone should be made aware of our rules and guidelines.

Living room and Kitchen

Slidouts on both gives extra space in the living room for a recliner, couch and table with chairs.

The kitchen comes equipped with a full sized fridge, oven and stove, sink, microwave, coffee pot and a full set of pots, pans, dishes, cups and utensils.

Entertainment center

LCD TV sits atop an electric fireplace with a built in stereo. A dvd player is provided and movies are available to borrow at the office.

Master bedroom

Another slideout in the master bedroom gives room for a king sized bed.

Bathroom

Bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, and toliet. Please remember that trailers use holding tanks so you must use the RV toliet paper provided.

2nd Bedroom

The hallway bedroom has a futon with a bunk above. Pictures will be posted when the trailer gets delivered to us.

Luxury Trailer Rates

Base rate is based on 2 people and do not include tax. We allow a maximum 4 adults on a site, up to 6 persons including children. Guests must be reserved for in advance and will count toward the 6 person per site maximum.
Rentals are always a 2 night minimum, 3 nights on holiday weekends. No pets are permited on the luxury trailer site.

-Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am
- You must be signed in as a camper or wolf watcher to be on the property. We do not permit day visitors or picnickers.
-Campground boundaries are clearly marked. Do not trespass
-Do not cut or deface any trees, shrubs or rocks.
-Do not remove any plant or animal life.
-Please keep your campsite clean and free of litter.
-No firewood can be brought into the campground from any outside source
-No firewood shall be removed from any campsite.
-You can collect any naturally fallen wood from campground property.
-Pets are NOT allowed on the rental trailer site.
-Only the number of persons reserved for will be permitted on a site.

-ALL fireworks, including sparklers and fountains, are prohibited in the campground. Anyone found with them will be asked to leave
-Firearms including BB and pellet guns are not allowed.
-Do not move or build additional fireplaces.
-Respect the privacy of others. Trespassing on other campsites is prohibited
-Do not put glass or cans in the fireplace.
-Recycling is NJ Law. Recyclables found in trash or fire may be subject to fines.
-Deposits must be received no later than 5 days after reservations are made.
-Deposits are non refundable however a credit may be given if sites are canceled at least 14 days before arrival

We are now taking reservations for the 2022 camping season.
